• Develop full-stack features end-to-end, connecting Java backends with React and TypeScript frontends
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers across the organization to shape solutions and align on priorities
• Contribute to technical design discussions, weighing trade-offs and proposing approaches for new architecture
• Own backend services from initial concept through deployment and ongoing production support
• Apply best practices in security, performance optimization, and code quality to keep systems maintainable and highly available
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, using observability and monitoring tools to diagnose system health
• Share technical expertise through architecture discussions and hands-on mentorship

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience building Java, RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• 2+ years of experience building dynamic, responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production service management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher for collaboration with international teams
