We have customers in Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Energy domains.

Our client is an established organization in the UAE that works in the healthcare sector. To enhance the health of the local population, we are embarking on a digital health transformation journey to enhance healthcare services and electronic offerings.

The initiative aims to implement AI use cases that improve health, ensure compliance with local regulations, optimize healthcare services’ quality and cost-efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes through automation and personalized treatment plans.

IF YOU ARE

• A BI Developer with 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Proficient in MicroStrategy and Power BI, with a strong portfolio of healthcare-focused dashboards and reports
• Experienced in working with complex healthcare datasets to create insightful, intuitive visualizations
• Skilled in SQL and data manipulation for reporting and analytics
• Knowledgeable about data warehousing concepts and best practices
• Well-versed in healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work full-time from Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Develop and maintain BI solutions tailored to deliver critical insights for healthcare organizations
• Design dashboards and reports that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate healthcare business needs into effective BI solutions
• Ensure BI systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and regulatory compliance
• Work in a domain that directly impacts patient care and healthcare outcomes through data
