Senior Back End Software Engineer (Node.js)

We cooperate with engineering-led partners on platform modernization and cloud-native delivery. We’re currently engaged in a scoped backend initiative to enhance a core system through iterative development, emphasizing hands-on software engineering, not architectural rework.

IF YOU ARE

• A Senior Backend Software Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in production environments
• Proficient in: Node.js, gRPC, Kafka, MongoDB, GraphQL, SCSS, TypeScript
• Having experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable working with microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems
• Skilled at operating within existing technical architectures, focusing on delivery over design from scratch
• Experienced in writing technical documentation, clear implementation plans, and contributing to stable releases
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and capable of guiding other engineers when needed
• Fluent in English, with strong communication across technical and product stakeholders

• Deliver results in an agile, collaborative, and accountability-driven environment
• Optionally take on light technical leadership, helping guide development direction for part of the project
