Middle C/C++ Software Engineer

Our client is a US security and networking company that helps people connect securely and confidently on any device, to any application, anywhere, anytime. Together with the client, we work in cloud and network security and focus on developing new features for the existing firewall.

Also, the team is responsible for troubleshooting customer-found defects and implementing porting IPS and related functionality into new and existing products through the use of containers.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in C/C++ development with at least 3 years of hands-on practice
• Proficient in working within Linux environments
• Confident in networking technologies, including TCP/IP, packet structure, L3, and L4 layers
• Well-versed in using Docker for containerization and deployment
• Experienced in troubleshooting, log collection, and prompt defect resolution
• Knowledgeable in Bash scripting and basic Python usage
• Proactive in problem-solving with a strong desire to learn, comprehend, and address complex challenges
• Capable of maintaining daily communication with English-speaking software engineers on the client side
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS at a basic level (would be a plus)
• Knowledgeable in security technologies, including firewalls and IPS (as an advantage)
