The AI and Data Science Center of Excellence (CoE) is SoftServe’s premier AI/ML hub, primarily based in Europe. With 130+ experts – including data scientists, research analysts, MLOps engineers, and ML architects – we cover the full AI lifecycle, from problem framing to deployment. In 2024, we delivered 150+ AI projects, including over 100 focused on Generative AI, combining scale with measurable impact.

We are a 2024 NVIDIA Service Delivery Partner and maintain strong collaborations with Google Cloud, Amazon, and Microsoft, ensuring our teams always work with cutting-edge tools and technologies.

We also lead Gen AI Lab, our internal innovation engine focused on applied research and cross-functional collaboration in Generative AI. Here, we explore next-gen architectures, develop proprietary solutions, and validate ideas through real-world prototypes.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in Generative AI and natural language processing (NLP) techniques, with expertise in large-scale transformer models and generative pre-trained LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Qualified with a Ph.D. or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledgeable of diffusion models and cutting-edge frameworks for both text and image generation
• Capable of leading AI initiatives by applying advanced deep learning and NLP techniques
• Well-versed in the latest machine learning, deep learning, and NLP advancements, with hands-on expertise in models like GPT-4 and BERT, including fine-tuning
• Proficient in the AI project lifecycle, from development to operationalization and cloud deployment
• Skilled in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Possessing strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent in translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences
• Fluent in business communication in English at an upper-intermediate level

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work across the full stack of data analysis, machine learning, and deep learning pipelines, from customer data analysis to production deployment
• Select and apply the most suitable computational tools for research, experimentation, and study objectives
• Develop advanced Generative AI solutions, including intelligent assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and creative content generation applications
• Drive innovation in language generation, text synthesis, and cutting-edge AI techniques
• Design project scopes, roadmaps, and effort estimations for analytical and deployment tasks
• Build and operationalize ML models, including data manipulation, experiment design, and insight generation
• Work with Big Data and advanced cloud-based data tools to develop scalable solutions
• Lead AI workshops, client discoveries, and initial engagements to translate business challenges into AI applications
• Present analytical results and proposals to stakeholders while contributing to solution architecture
• Lead and mentor teams of researchers to showcase the value and power of AI to clients
