Enterprise Program Manager (NVIDIA Focus)

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in managing large-scale programs exceeding $10M for enterprise clients in the US region
• Proven, hands-on experience delivering programs and projects involving NVIDIA technologies (strongly required)
• Experience delivering programs and projects focused on emerging technologies, including GenAI, Robotics, IoT, and XR
• Possessing domain experience in the Manufacturing, Retail, or Healthcare industries
• Experienced in working within large global IT consulting environments and complex enterprise delivery models
• Strong technical foundation with proven experience in the NVIDIA ecosystem (strongly required)
• Solid technical foundation with exposure to Digital Twins and AI technologies, including GenAI and AI Agents
• Experienced in building strong client relationships and collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand operational and strategic needs
• Skilled in managing complex project portfolios while maintaining focus on business value, outcomes, and strategic goals
• Proficient in aligning multiple projects, stakeholders, and dependencies within large-scale delivery environments
• Experienced in financial management of project portfolios, including budgeting, cost analysis, and profitability oversight
• Skilled in establishing portfolio governance, delivery standards, and project management best practices
• Experienced in leading and developing project managers and delivery leaders while fostering a strong leadership culture
• Proficient in defining performance metrics and KPIs to monitor delivery effectiveness and portfolio health
• Experienced in portfolio-level risk management, escalation handling, and stakeholder expectation management
• Skilled in contributing to business growth through pre-sales support, account development, and strategic client engagement
• Experienced in working with contractual and legal aspects of service delivery within enterprise engagements

• Extend NVIDIA-driven initiatives by incorporating emerging technologies such as GenAI, Robotics, IoT, and XR
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate industry-specific challenges in Manufacturing, Retail, or Healthcare into scalable digital solutions
• Collaborate within global delivery environments, aligning distributed teams, multiple vendors, and stakeholders to achieve successful program outcomes
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients while acting as a trusted advisor
• Drive portfolio vision, planning, and alignment with client business objectives and organizational strategy
• Lead project managers and delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the portfolio
• Establish and continuously improve governance, delivery frameworks, and operational processes
• Oversee portfolio financial performance, ensuring effective budget management and cost optimization
• Support business development activities including pre-sales, up-sales, and participation in contract discussions
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement across delivery teams and portfolio operations
• Define and monitor portfolio KPIs to ensure strong performance in areas such as profitability, utilization, and delivery quality
• Develop leadership capabilities within the organization through mentoring, coaching, and team development
• Proactively address delivery challenges, risks, and escalations to ensure successful project outcome
• Perform risk assessment, define dependencies and assumptions, review technical specifications and architecture documentation, facilitate communication with the architecture team on identified discrepancies or potential risks

The anticipated salary range for this role is 115,316 - 210,000 USD annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
