The Product Designer (UI/UX) is responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution, delivering high-quality, user-centered designs for websites and mobile applications aligned with branding and product goals. This role ensures design consistency, enhances user experience, and contributes to overall product quality.

Role Description

Lead end-to-end design for websites and mobile apps, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
Build and maintain scalable design systems aligned with client branding and content standards.
Partner with clients, developers, and content teams to define requirements and deliver feasible, high-quality solutions on time.
Apply UX best practices, analyze user feedback/product metrics, and continuously improve usability and performance.
Mentor junior designers and support overall design quality across projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
5+ years of UI/UX, Web, or Mobile App Design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern UI/UX design tools like Figma…
Strong understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and HTML/CSS.
Good communication skills and professional English.

Nice to have

Experience with WordPress or Drupal.
Knowledge of web publishing workflows.
Passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends.
