Key Responsabilities:
- Develop engaging marketing materials to drive demand.
- Oversee content production, including blog articles, webinars, white papers, e-books, and newsletters.
- Ensure all U.S.-focused materials are culturally and linguistically appropriate.
- Contribute to content strategy by recommending and refining written and visual communication.
- Collaborate with clients to create compelling success stories and testimonials.
- Translate customer achievements (ROI) into impactful marketing assets.
- Expand and segment the mailing list to optimize outreach.
- Work with the Brazil team to define database growth strategies and targets.
- Review marketing content from other SoftExpert units to ensure alignment.
- Lead the launch of new products and offerings.
- Develop messaging and materials that differentiate SoftExpert’s solutions.
- Plan and execute online events (webinars) and in-person promotional events.
- Maintain consistency across website content and promotional materials for the U.S. market.
- Create reports and dashboards to track marketing performance.
- Provide insights on brand growth in the U.S. through reports and analytics.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, essentially in North America.
- Strong background in content production and supervision (articles, webinars, white papers, e-books, newsletters).
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing online and offline events.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Strong writing and content review skills.
- Experience in building performance reports and dashboards.
