We are looking to add a Data Scientist to our team! This is a Full-Time position and a Remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement optimization algorithms, including gradient descent, linear programming, and curve/function fitting.
- Design and execute advanced marketing analytics techniques, such as Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), or incrementality analysis, to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Build robust models and predictive algorithms using Python, with a strong focus on utilizing libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and scipy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to translate business problems into analytical frameworks.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing models and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
- Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and SciPy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.
- Experience with optimization techniques (e.g., gradient descent, linear programming) and curve/function fitting are nice to have.
- Strong background in marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in MTA, MMM, or incrementality analysis are nice to have.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
