We are looking to add a Data Analyst to our team! This is a Full-Time position and a Remote role.

A Data Analyst is responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating reports, and developing dashboards to provide actionable insights. The Data Analyst ensures data accuracy, identifies trends, and supports strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to visualize data effectively.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights to improve decision-making processes.
• Create and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from relational databases.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide recommendations to optimize business operations and strategies.
• Document processes, workflows, and methodologies to maintain transparency and reproducibility.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven insights for marketing, sales, and operational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and automation techniques.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise communication, including visualizations and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard creation.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
