Senior Java Software Engineer

We’re looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Senior Java Developer who takes full ownership of tasks — someone who doesn’t need micromanagement, proactively proposes solutions, and delivers high-quality results while communicating effectively with the team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking for one long-term, stable project.

What You’ll do

• Design and implement backend systems using Java and Spring / Spring Boot
• Work with MongoDB to build scalable and performant data layers
• Take part in architecture discussions, solution design, and implementation
• Collaborate with frontend teams (knowledge of UI/React/JavaScript is a strong plus)
• Engage with stakeholders, understand business needs, and transform them into reliable technical solutions
• Contribute to a logistics-focused platform that enhances supply chain visibility
• Work with AI-based computer vision solutions that detect anomalies and improve quality control and process efficiency

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot
• Proficiency with MongoDB
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features from idea to release
• Comfortable communicating with international teams
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend development (React, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with Splunk, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Jenkins
• Background in logistics or supply chain systems
• Experience with AI/ML or computer vision
