The Role
We’re hiring a Software QA Engineer to join our core Product & Innovation team. You’ll be responsible for testing new features, maintaining quality across the platform, and supporting the Product & Innovation team in building a seamless, bug-free user experience.
This is a cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with developers, product lead, and UI/UX designers. You’ll help us catch issues early, test thoroughly, and release confidently.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct manual QA on staging and pre-release builds
- Ensure regression testing and quality control before every release
- Test new features, modules, and flows across the eco-system of learning tools & apps
- Identify, document, and track bugs in collaboration with engineering
- Ensure UI/UX quality and usability
- Understand product requirements and user flows
- Suggest improvements in functionality, usability, and performance
- Work closely with our Senior Software Engineer & Co-Founders to ensure consistency
- Write and manage test cases and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 4 - 6 years of QA experience in a software development environment — ideally with enterprise-level platforms, learning technologies, or large-scale SaaS products.
- Proactive in taking ownership of QA tasks and responsibilities, from test planning to issue resolution.
- Strong manual testing skills for web apps (Angular/React experience a plus)
- Able to write clear test plans, bug reports, and documentation
- Basic understanding of performance (API load handling), security, and UX best practices
- Scenario-based thinking and attention to detail
- Familiar with debugging tools and testing workflows
- Awareness of LLMs and prompt-based testing concepts
- Comfortable working independently and communicating with remote teams
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Bonus - Experience with QA automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)
Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in standard English (a must).
