What Awaits You at SODA?
At SODA, we’re looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager who combines creativity with strategy and knows how to deliver impactful social media content. The goal: drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through innovative digital communication strategies.
You will report directly to the Director of Digital Operations and work closely with an experienced and skilled social media and design team that knows how to turn ideas into high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly social media strategies for SODA and our clients
• Manage end-to-end content production, entry, approvals, and publishing for brand channels
• Ensure all content is uploaded and published accurately and on schedule across platforms
• Build and maintain content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Measure and report performance based on key KPIs (reach, engagement, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations
• Create proactive campaign ideas and lead creative processes from briefing to launch
• Manage social media content video production (e.g. Reels, TikTok, Shorts) including planning, production, and post-production
• Collaborate with influencer marketing and paid media teams for full-funnel social campaigns
• Conduct trend, competitor, and industry analyses to identify strategic opportunities
• Leverage AI and new-generation content tools in daily processes
• Analyze content and campaign performance to continuously optimize results
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners/agencies
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in social media management at agencies or in-house teams
• Deep understanding of platform dynamics and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and using tools like Meta/TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party analytics platforms
• Proven ability to identify trends, create content, and manage content planning processes
• Hands-on experience integrating paid social, influencer marketing, and organic content strategies
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Basic proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe, and Premiere Pro
