Social Media Manager - English Speaking

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager at SODA - Sustainable Creativity. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns, communication strategies, content creation and paid advertising management for various brands.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising objectives and develop effective digital marketing strategies.
• Manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client goals.
• Create engaging and compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives results.
• Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
• Conduct thorough market research, keyword analysis, and competitor assessments to refine targeting and campaign performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and paid advertising.
• Thrive in a remote work environment, effectively collaborating with remote team members and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an advertising agency, with a strong focus on social media marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in paid advertising management, with expertise in platforms like Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to create monthly content plans in English.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Experience in strategic planning, campaign analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to lead and guide a creative team effectively.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model, seamlessly transitioning between remote and in-office collaboration.
