Software Engineer – Freshservice / Freshworks Platform - Upto $100/hr - C2C OR W2

A large, global organization is rebuilding how internal support works — and Freshservice is the core platform. They are hiring a Software Engineer focused on Freshservice / Freshdesk / Freshworks to own, extend, and scale this environment end to end.

This is a Freshworks platform ownership role with heavy automation, integration, and workflow design.

What you’ll do:

• Own and evolve a Freshservice / Freshworks platform used across multiple departments
• Design and build Freshservice workflows, automations, and orchestration
• Develop custom Freshservice apps and backend logic (JavaScript / Node.js)
• Build and maintain Freshservice APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8+ years in software, automation, or platform engineering roles
• Strong, hands-on Freshservice / Freshdesk / Freshworks experience (admin or developer)
• JavaScript / Node.js for Freshservice scripting, apps, and integrations

Nice To Haves:

• Proven experience integrating Freshservice with other enterprise systems
• Comfortable owning a platform end to end — build it, run it, improve it
• Experience migrating or scaling Freshservice environments
• Event- or queue-based automation tied to Freshservice
• Exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
• Global or multi-language Freshservice workflows
