Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote (UAE Working Hours)

Project Duration: Initial 6 Months (with possible extension)

Headcounts needed:

• Lead Software Engineer
• Senior Software Engineer (2)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build modular OneView plugins to replicate and improve legacy backoffice functionalities.
• Align with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Managers, Engineering Directors, and Customer Support leadership.
• Deliver features mapped to monthly user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
• Decouple backoffice services from legacy infrastructure, particularly central databases.
• Follow Agile methodologies (SCRUM), contribute to JIRA boards, and participate in planning and retrospectives.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (DroneCI) and AWS-based deployments.
• Develop frontend components using React, integrated with OneView plugins.

Required Technical Skills

• At least 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with C#
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Solid experience with React.js
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (DroneCI preferred)
• Experience working with AWS cloud environments
• Comfort with both PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server
• Bonus: Familiarity with Lambda functions and Kubernetes

Non-Technical Skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong ability to manage cross-team alignment and stakeholder communication
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
• Proficient with JIRA and other task-tracking tools
