What you’ll do
- Lead AI transformation initiatives focused on personalization and customer engagement.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models for production on large datasets.
- Conduct exploratory analyses to understand ecosystems and user behavior, uncovering new growth opportunities.
- Shape and optimize recommendation, ranking, and retrieval systems.
- Partner with product and business leaders to provide data-driven insights and influence key decisions.
- Design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and drive improvements in user experience.
- Build and deploy retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and other LLM-based applications.
What we’re looking for
- 4–6 years of experience in data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning, and big data methodologies.
- Advanced degree in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Solid experience with deep learning techniques (e.g., attention, retrieval models).
- 1–2 years of industrial experience in personalization, recommendation, or search (preferably in a product-driven company).
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Hive.
- Experience with database technologies (Hadoop, BigQuery, Amazon EMR, etc.).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Qlik, etc.); geospatial data skills are a plus.
Contract Details
- 100% Remote
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+4)
- 12-month initial contract (with potential for extension)
