Job Description
The Strategic Analytics team at Arch is a key driver of business success, leveraging real-time analytics to enhance profitability and growth. Our focus has expanded to include intelligent data automation, integrating external vendor data with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies. This involves AI/ML, NLP, OCR, Generative AI, and algorithmic-based solutions to improve operations, claims, finance, and underwriting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop automated document extraction and data enrichment solutions.
- Use Python or SQL to manipulate data, conduct ad hoc queries, and detect patterns.
- Label and validate small training datasets.
- Design end-to-end data workflows for IDP and analytics integration.
- Collaborate on predictive modeling and AI-driven solutions.
- Utilize NLP and AI to extract business data from structured and unstructured sources.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data science, including 1+ years in NLP, Generative AI, OCR, or image analytics.
- Strong data manipulation, processing, and analytical skills.
- Experience with IDP automation solutions (preferred).
- Background in the insurance industry (a plus).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
