We engineer virality — strategising, filming, editing, and delivering content that takes over social media. But behind every viral moment is a flawless operational machine, and that’s where you come in.
As our Content Operations Manager, you will be the central command centre of RAPVILLE. You’ll coordinate our strategists, editors, and videographers, keep 9+ creative workflows moving at high speed, and ensure every artist campaign runs smoothly from idea → shoot → edit → delivery → results.a
You don’t need to be a strategist or editor, but you do need to understand how content is made, what a smooth creative pipeline looks like, and how to manage people and many projects with precision.
Remuneration
This is a part-time, 25 hours per week role at €30 / hour
Due to the speed of hiring, you will be onboarded under a flexible monthly contractor agreement

1. Run and streamline daily operations
Keep strategy, editing, and filming workflows organised, on schedule, and moving without bottlenecks. Manage group chats, assign tasks, and maintain smooth communication across the entire team.
2. Coordinate videographers for global shoots
3. Manage team resources & hiring⭐️
Monitor workload across the team, hire freelancers before pressure builds, onboard new team members, and maintain a reliable bench of editors, strategists, and videographers.
