We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Intermediate Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee and execute multi-channel strategies across a portfolio of mid-level clients. This role involves leading client communication, independently managing accounts, and driving performance through paid media, email marketing, and analytics. You’ll also support larger accounts and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Communication:
- Manage and nurture mid-tier client accounts with minimal oversight.
- Lead regular client communication to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Identify upselling and expansion opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
- Strategic Execution:
- Develop and refine intermediate-level ad strategies across Meta and LinkedIn, including retargeting, creative setup, and campaign monitoring.
- Implement automated email marketing sequences (Mailchimp), including A/B testing and lead nurturing.
- Propose strategic optimizations based on data trends and performance metrics
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Build reports using Whatagraph, identify trends, and deliver insights in a client-facing manner.
- Monitor traffic, conversion paths, and goal tracking using Google Analytics.
- Collaboration & Workflow:
- Seamlessly collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members.
- Support larger accounts managed by senior team members and contribute strategic insights.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions.
- AI & Tools Integration:
- Use AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, CapCut, HeyOrca, Claude) to streamline workflows and elevate creative output.
- Additional Skills:
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and social media best practices.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite tools (optional but considered an asset).

- Confident in managing client relationships independently.
- Comfortable navigating competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
