We are hiring a full-time, remote Social Media Manager to oversee our presence across all major platforms, with strong expertise in LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other channels.
- Manage publishing schedules and optimize posting times for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and best practices to ensure consistent growth.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries—especially on LinkedIn.
- Monitor analytics and prepare reports on performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, CTR, conversions).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified and consistent brand voice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing multi-platform social media accounts (agency or in-house).
- Native-level Arabic fluency is absolutely essential for content moderation, community engagement, and communication.
- Proven experience in using analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite,, etc.).
- Familiarity with the Saudi market and audience behavior is a major advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
