ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager, Holidays is the local marketing lead for all Enchant Christmas experiences within Social House Entertainment’s holiday portfolio—responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing localized promotional campaigns that drive awareness, ticket sales, and community impact. This role serves as the primary marketing contact for Enchant LA, taking full ownership of in-market activations, local partnerships, promotional programs, traditional advertising, media relations, influencer content, and earned PR.

They are a strategic executor and community connector—comfortable working cross-functionally with the creative, digital, and ticketing teams, managing local vendors, and crafting city-specific campaigns that feel highly relevant, engaging, and on-brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Ownership & Strategy Execution

  • Serve as local marketing lead for Enchant LA (primary) and Enchant Las Vegas (support, as needed)
  • Localize the marketing strategy into effective, city-specific activations
  • Collaborate closely with internal Digital, Strategy, and Creative teams to align messaging, timing, and content
  • Own all local timelines, deliverables, and wrap reports

Influencer & Ambassador Program Oversight

  • Manage city-based influencer outreach, content approvals, and contracting
  • Oversee ambassador and micro-affiliate initiatives to build shareable excitement and trackable sales
  • Ensure deliverables align with marketing phases (Golden Ticket, On Sale, Countdown, etc.)
  • Coordinate paid integrations and content usage with Digital team, as needed

Traditional Media & Advertising

  • Plan, negotiate, and oversee local media buys (radio, billboard, print, OTT, transit, etc.)
  • Collaborate with creative team on asset delivery
  • Ensure proper tracking with UTM links and platform-specific offers
  • Maximize added value (bonus placements, talent reads, etc.)

Ticket Promotion & Sales Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to serve as third-party ticket resellers or amplifiers (yoga studios, boutiques, corporations, schools, etc.)
  • Identify partnership tiers (Ex: email distribution vs ticket discounts vs hosted events)
  • Build promotional programs that drive conversions (theme nights, etc)

Local Grassroots Promotions

  • Secure and manage at least 25+ local promotional partners in each assigned event market
  • Coordinate activations like flyer drops, in-store signage, giveaways, and pop-ups
  • Create and maintain a partnership tracker with deliverables, contacts, and recap documentation
  • Align all activations with brand standards and sales priorities

Local Publicity & Media Coordination

  • Act as primary marketing contact for contracted city publicists
  • Ensure publicists have all assets, storylines, and support materials to succeed
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage approval of all media angles, press releases, and feature pitches
  • Track press placements, RSVPs, and on-site experiences
  • Ensure post-event PR wrap reports are completed and shared internally

Venue & Partner Coordination

  • Act as marketing liaison to venue partners
  • Coordinate in-venue promotions, signage, and ticket sales opportunities
  • Deliver bi-weekly status updates to internal teams and venues during campaign ramp-up

Campaign Tracking & Wrap Reporting

  • Maintain real-time tracking of deliverables and results across influencer, promo, media, and PR efforts
  • Compile mid-campaign and final wrap reports for each city including:
  • Influencer content + performance
  • Local media value
  • Ticketing partner impact
  • Local earned media coverage
  • Share learnings and best practices to inform future markets

Team Management

  • Directly manage:
  • City-based Publicist
  • Influencer/Ambassador Coordinator
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Creative, Digital, Paid Media, PR) and key external vendors

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years experience in event marketing or multi-city campaign execution
  • Deep familiarity with influencer marketing, paid media, and grassroots promotions
  • Strong project management skills—can juggle multiple timelines and markets
  • Comfortable managing external vendors and internal teammates
  • Enthusiastic about immersive events, holiday nostalgia, and storytelling
  • Based in or near a core Enchant market preferred
