We are looking for an experienced Prompt Engineer / AI Creative Designer to join our innovative and forward-thinking creative team, where we leverage cutting-edge AI technology to push the boundaries of marketing and design. As a Prompt Engineer, you will work at the intersection of creativity and technology, collaborating with top designers, motion designers, illustrators, and marketing professionals to bring unique, data-driven concepts to life..

Your Main Tasks Will Be

Prompt Development: Craft and optimize prompts across various AI tools, including image, video, voice, and more.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to produce visual and multimedia solutions for collaborative work.
Research, Optimization & Automation: Continuously research new AI tools and methods, optimize existing creative workflows, and implement automation solutions to improve the efficiency of the creative team.
Marketing Support: Create marketing materials (performance ad campaigns, ASO, website, and social media content).
Creative Development: Collaborate with the team to develop unique creative concepts and solutions.
Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze creative results and feedback to iterate on and enhance outputs based on marketing data.

We Expect From You

AI Tools Proficiency: Experience with AI tools such as Comfy UI, Imagen-4, Flux, Ideogram, HeyGen, Reve, Midjourney, Runway, and others
Prompt Crafting Skills: Ability to generate and refine prompts to support team goals
Graphic Software: Confident use of Figma, Adobe CC
Multimedia Expertise: Understanding of image, video, sound, and text manipulation, including motion design and AI-based animation control (e.g. SD+ControlNet)
Process-Minded Thinking: Ability to identify inefficiencies in creative workflows and suggest tools or automations to resolve them
Tech Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and apply new tools quickly, stay flexible in a fast-changing environment
Collaboration Skills: Proactive, team-oriented, and a strong communicator with a critical mindset
Proficiency in English and Russian
A graphic design background would be a valuable asset.
