We are looking for a Middle ML engineer /NLP engineer.
As an MLE in this position, you will be participating in various tasks concerning communication activities on our sites and other ML for core business tasks. The team currently owns large projects like ML for marketing, a recommendation system, a chatbot for the support team, and a moderation service. You will concentrate on auto-moderation and chatbot projects, but if you are full of ideas and skills, you will always be supported in bringing great ideas to life. In your team, several ML engineers, MLOps, and devs will help with infrastructure or discuss approaches.
Your daily activities:
- Work on NLP-related tasks as part of the team, including writing prompts, creating functions, and fine-tuning models when necessary;
- Build ML/AI models, write services (if needed for the project), and wrap them into Docker;
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of: Product owner, Analytics, ML;
- Share ideas and help with knowledge with the team.
We expect from you:
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, Plotly);
- Excellent coding skills;
- Strong knowledge of LLMs: APIs, best models, and prompting techniques;
- Familiarity with Data & ML production pipelines (Airflow, MlFlow);
- Proven experience working on ML solutions.
Plus:
- Understanding of classical software development principles;
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP;
- Experience with OpenAI API or similar technologies;
- Hands-on experience with NLP-related tasks (text classification, summarisation, chatbot development, sentiment analysis, NER, topic extraction, etc.).
