We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who will:
This role sits at the intersection of design, product, and strategy.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
Shape product experiences: Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces and flows for large-scale consumer products;
Partner with product leadership: Collaborate closely with executives and product leaders to translate strategy into user experiences;
Turn data into decisions: Use product metrics, UX research, and analytics to guide design improvements;
Build and maintain design systems: Ensure consistency across products using scalable, tokenized design systems;
Lead discovery and validation: Conduct and guide user research:

Work closely with engineering: Provide clear documentation, design assets, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation;
Mentor designers: Support and develop other designers on the team, sharing best practices and raising the overall quality bar;
