Overview
SoCha is a US Government contractor currently bidding after a US Department of State request for proposals (RFP) to provide global advisory services. SoCha will include the best candidate as a proposed Program Manager in the proposal. The position is contingent upon contract award

Key Responsibiliti
- esOversee all project budgets, personnel, and activities to ensure compliance with Department of State standards, the IDIQ, and Task Order performance work statement
- s.Provide regular updates and required program or contract information to the Department of Stat
- e.Conduct assessments and engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, including U.S. government agencies and offices, regional and multilateral officials, other international donors, local leaders, academics and non-governmental organizations in order to identify critical needs of the program
- s.Collect, track and maintain all information for all program
- s.Develop frameworks and assessment tools to enhance overall monitoring and evaluatio
- n.Travel periodically to international locations to conduct assessments, monitor and review programs, and meet with U.S. Embassy representatives and other international partners to ensure that projects are meeting their objectives and that project personnel are performing up to Department of State standard

Education and Experien
- ce Master’s Degree or equivalent and six years of progressively more complex experience in U.S. Government acquisitions (government, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), and/or private/vendor) program management experience,
