We are looking for a web designer with marketing specialist skills focused on SEO and design and digital marketing experience to support our brand-strengthening initiatives. This professional will create and develop visual and editorial content for the WordPress website and support Email Marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has technical web design and inbound content skills, combined with a strategic understanding of digital campaigns and paid traffic.

Roles and Responsabilities:
- WordPress Site Management and Maintenance: Update, optimize, and maintain the company's website, focusing on responsive design, UX/UI, and SEO. Ensure it always aligns with best market practices and provides an excellent user experience.
- Graphic Design of Marketing Materials: Create visual assets for digital campaigns, including banners, infographics, social media posts, and email marketing, ensuring consistency and alignment with Sobel Consultancy's visual identity.
- Page and Landing Page Development and Optimization: Design layouts for pages and landing pages to improve engagement and conversions, prioritizing user experience and aligning with marketing objectives.
- Support Branding and Communication Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials that communicate the company's expertise and strengthen its digital presence and visual identity.
- Editorial Calendar and Web Content: Participate in creating and organizing the editorial calendar, supporting the production of visual and editorial content for the blog, newsletters, and social media, and maintaining visual and strategic consistency.
- Metrics Analysis and Visual Performance: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for visual content, campaign traffic, and user engagement to continuously improve the impact of marketing actions.
- Internal Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure design and visual strategies align with communication and branding objectives.
Qualification Requirements:
- WordPress Experience: Proven ability to manage and update WordPress sites, including basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for layout customization and page optimization. Experience with React is a plus and can significantly contribute to your success in this role.
- Design and Graphic Editing Tools: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools like Figma or Canva.
- SEO and UX/UI: Knowledge of SEO for visual content and experience in interface and user experience design, ensuring intuitive and responsive navigation.
- Digital Analytics Tools: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, and Ubersuggest to assess campaign performance and optimize content.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to support reporting and presentation needs.
- Paid Traffic Campaigns on LinkedIn: Experience creating, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on LinkedIn to generate leads and increase brand visibility is a must.
