Role Description
This role focuses on driving user acquisition and business growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies. The Growth Marketing Specialist will lead our online advertising efforts, developing targeted campaigns for different customer segments with customized messaging. They will continuously analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and scale marketing output. This individual contributor position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, balancing creative messaging development with rigorous testing and analysis to identify the most effective ways to reach and convert our target audiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) targeting diverse customer segments
- Create tailored messaging strategies for different customer personas based on market research and behavioral data
- Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks to measure ad performance and optimize for conversion
- Analyze campaign metrics and customer data to identify high-performing channels and messaging
- Leverage AI tools to scale content production, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
- Monitor campaign budgets and calculate ROI across different channels and segments
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
- Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform changes, and new AI marketing technologies
Required Skills
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing with focus on paid advertising campaigns
- Demonstrated success with customer segmentation and targeted messaging strategies
- Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with marketing analytics tools
- Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Experience using AI tools for marketing content creation and optimization
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy
- Basic design sensibility for visual marketing assets
- Comfortable with rapid testing, learning, and iteration cycles
