Job Description:

The SNACK Team is looking for an experienced and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team on a project-to-project basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative challenges, has a keen eye for detail, and can produce compelling visual content that aligns with various brand guidelines. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that elevate our projects and effectively communicate our message to the target audience.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs.
Create graphics for a variety of digital and print assets, including social media posts, website banners, presentations, product packaging, and promotional materials.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure that designs meet the visual standards set for each project.
Revise and iterate designs based on feedback to deliver polished and professional final assets.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Adapt to various design styles and requirements depending on the project needs.
Communicate proactively with project leads to clarify requirements and share progress updates.

Minimum Requirements:

2 - 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working within brand guidelines and creating assets that are on-brand.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and schedules.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of Sketch.
Knowledge of Video Production Software, 3D software, such as Cinema 4D, is a plus.
Knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint slideshow software.
