About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web and Digital Design Specialist with a strong background in CMS-driven website design, particularly for B2B clients in the IT sector. This role demands a creative and technically skilled designer experienced in developing high-performing websites on platforms like HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Wix, and SquareSpace, paired with proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build modern, responsive websites using CMS platforms, with a preference for HubSpot CMS.
• Develop user-centered UI/UX for IT-focused B2B websites and digital assets.
• Create branding visuals, graphics, and layouts tailored for technology and software companies.
• Optimize website visuals for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and content teams to deliver compelling, conversion-focused web experiences.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web and digital design, preferably for B2B IT or SaaS clients.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design, UI/UX layouts, and graphic design work.
• Proven expertise with CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and digital best practices.
• Detail-oriented, with good communication and project management skills.
