ROLE OBJECTIVES
As a B2B Marketing Manager at Smile, your primary goal is to help define Smile’s Enterprise Dental Cover and drive its growth. The role focuses on developing and executing strategic marketing plans to generate inbound interest, increase enterprise cover sales, and expand Smile’s health network. This requires a data-driven approach and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimise marketing efforts and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with partnerships, product, information technology, and testing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product development and user experience enhancements. Your contributions will directly influence Smile’s position as a market leader in healthcare accessibility and affordability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound Marketing Strategy Development
- Design and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to attract dental practices and enterprise clients to Smile’s offerings.
- Develop targeted content and campaigns to guide prospects through the marketing funnel and convert them into qualified leads.
Enterprise Dental Cover Expansion
- Lead the creation, management, and optimisation of marketing campaigns designed to increase interest in and sales of Smile’s enterprise dental cover solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and drive enterprise-level growth.
- Coordinate with the product team to ensure positioning aligns with product updates, launches, and roadmaps.
Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Implement multi-channel lead generation strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn,, content marketing, events and webinars.
- Develop lead nurturing workflows and drip campaigns to keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales funnel effectively.
Sales Enablement
- Support sales teams with relevant collateral, case studies, and presentation materials tailored to enterprise prospects.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Enterprise Leads
- The total number of enterprise dental cover leads generated and those converted into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Enterprise Customers and Sales
- The number of enterprise deals closed and the revenue generated from enterprise clients.
Conversion Rates
- Measure the conversion rates at each buyer journey stage, from lead generation to closed sales.
- Track landing page performance to identify high-converting assets and optimise underperforming ones.
Lead Nurturing Effectiveness
- Track the ROI of marketing campaigns by analysing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
- Measure engagement metrics, such as email open rates and click-through rates.
- Track the time taken for leads to move through the sales funnel.
