We’ve built the tech; now we need a full-stack growth marketing operator to light up the funnel and turn freemium into revenue.
What You'll Own:
Full-Funnel Growth
- Launch & optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) targeting SMB ops, fleet managers, contractors
- Build / iterate landing pages, pricing & trial flows for conversion (CRO, A/B tests)
- Craft lifecycle email & in-app sequences to activate, upsell, and retain
Outbound & Prospecting
- Leverage Apollo, Seamless.ai, etc. to fuel founder-led and automated outreach
- Segment ICP verticals with tailored messaging
Analytics & Reporting
- Stand up GA4, Mixpanel, or similar; define funnel KPIs, report weekly (traffic → trial → paid)
- Attribute revenue to channels and experiments; double-down on winners
Content & Experiments
- Produce “Why Smartpin” proof points, comparison pages, customer quotes
- Spin up scrappy tests in new channels (Reddit, YouTube, influencers)
- Support PR and founder-led LinkedIn moments with punchy, data-backed copy
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Bring 4–8 yrs in growth/performance/product marketing for PLG SaaS or IoT
- Have taken a self-serve product from $1-$10 M ARR
- Are hands-on with paid social/search, email automation, and funnel analytics
- Write clear, compelling value props and CTAs
- Collaborate smoothly with product, design, and engineering—no ego, all action
- Thrive in early-stage ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end

- Hybrid hardware + SaaS GTM chops
- Field service / logistics / construction audience experience
- Light design skills (Figma, Canva) for ads & LP mock-ups
