What Will You Do?

Our technology and product teams are building a platform of solutions that will help accommodation providers optimise the way they run their business. We are investing a lot in R&D with the intention to double the amount of products we host on our platform, and as such we are expanding our engineering team.

We are looking for a Product-Oriented Software Engineer with a strong product mindset, working with the same care and ownership as if the product were their own. You will be part of a cross-functional team, delivering end-to-end features with Node.js on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, shape product direction, and take responsibility from concept to deployment — making decisions that have a direct impact on performance, usability, and business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and delivering features across backend and frontend.
• Collaborating with Product Managers and designers to define solutions and set product direction.
• Building scalable backend services and user-friendly frontend features.
• Making independent technical and product decisions focused on quality and impact.
• Proactively identifying improvements and proposing solutions.

What Are We Looking For?

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Vue.js (Vue 2 or 3)
• Experience working in product-centric environments, ideally with startup or scale-up culture
• Confidence in building without detailed specs — you're comfortable talking to PMs and defining solutions together
• Solid experience working with AI-powered developer tools and prompt-based workflows
• Autonomy and strong decision-making skills — you act like an owner
• A mindset geared toward learning, iteration, and fast execution
