Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, attractive, and functional interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of designs.
- Participate in discovery sessions and requirement analysis with stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing and apply improvements based on user feedback.
- Develop and maintain style guides, reusable components, and design patterns to ensure visual consistency.
- Ensure visual consistency and accessibility across all platforms.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and user experience processes.
- Support the marketing team in creating graphic pieces, visual resources, and branding elements for campaigns, social media, and corporate materials, ensuring alignment with the company’s visual identity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Additional training or certifications in UX/UI Design, such as specialized courses in Figma, responsive design with HTML/CSS, or recognized programs like Google UX Design Certificate or Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in user interface and user experience design for web and mobile applications.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface design, interactive prototypes, and collaboration with development teams.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript to understand the implementation of interactive components.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps for task management and project tracking.
- Familiarity with GitHub for collaboration in development environments.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive design and visual implementation.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA.
