Our international esports company seeks a talented Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As our design specialist, you will create compelling visual content for our social media platforms and contribute to product packaging design for our expanding line of gaming merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching social media content including posts, stories, and promotional banners optimized for various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Discord).
• Create animated stories and dynamic content that drives engagement with our gaming community.
• Contribute creative concepts for product packaging design, ensuring brand consistency while delivering innovative visual solutions.
• Optimize digital assets for maximum impact with minimal quality loss across different platforms and devices.
• Develop and maintain design templates to improve workflow efficiency.
• Create adaptations of marketing materials for different regions and platforms while preserving core brand elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaign-specific assets aligned with promotional strategies.
• Work closely with the Art Director and three in-house designers to ensure all designs meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
• Stay current with esports design trends, incorporating relevant elements that resonate with our target audience.

Required Skills

• Proven understanding of composition principles and light/shadow techniques in graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator CC 2023 and Adobe Photoshop CC 2023.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media design specifications, including banner dimensions, safe zones, and platform-specific requirements.
• Experience optimizing digital assets for quality and performance across multiple platforms.
• Understanding of animation principles for creating engaging social media stories.
• Ability to take responsibility for your work and consistently meet deadlines.
• Initiative and willingness to collaborate effectively with team members and accept constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated passion for graphic design and desire for professional growth.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with digital content creation.
• Experience creating both standard and non-standard (creative) digital solutions.

• Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design projects.
• Experience in the gaming or esports industry.
• Understanding of gaming culture and current esports trends.
• Basic video editing skills.
