Our client is a leading innovator in next-generation computing technologies, developing cutting-edge solutions that power data centers, AI, PCs, gaming platforms, and embedded systems.

They are looking for a Senior Systems Software Engineer with expertise in PCIe driver development and embedded Linux to join their world-class engineering team. This is a long-term C2C opportunity for professionals who are passionate about solving complex low-level software challenges and contributing to high-impact technology.

Locations: Poland | Serbia | Mexico | Brazil | USA | Canada

Experience: 5–8 years

Language: English (Fluent)

Job Type: C2C – Long-Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Linux device drivers (PCIe, USB, Ethernet)

• Design and implement user-space Linux applications

• Work extensively with Embedded C, MMU, and cache policies

• Perform advanced kernel and user-space debugging

• Manage build processes using Makefiles

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in embedded systems and Linux driver development

• Strong proficiency in C programming

• Proven experience with PCIe driver development

• Hands-on experience with DMA client/controller driver development

• Familiarity with Git, Perforce, or similar tools

• Knowledge of PCIe, Ethernet, TCP/IP, I2C protocols, and DMA frameworks is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, or related fields (preferred)
