About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our marketing technology stack, with a strong focus on HubSpot and Google Tag Manager. This role is central to driving operational excellence across campaigns, ensuring seamless integrations between systems, and enabling data-driven decisions that accelerate growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Ownership & Strategy

• Act as the HubSpot super user and administrator, ensuring best practices across automation, workflows, and integrations. Also, own and manage the Hubspot Agency relationship that includes prioritizing and managing work.
• Develop and implement scalable marketing automation strategies to support the funnel from lead generation to customer success.
• Oversee HubSpot CMS functionality and ensure data integrity across the platform.

Marketing Technology & Integrations

• Manage integrations across the martech stack, including Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems and workflows.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to optimize customer experience across all touchpoints.

Campaign Enablement & Optimization

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns, from segmentation and personalization to reporting.
• Own campaign measurement, dashboards, and reporting; define KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead testing initiatives (A/B, multivariate, attribution modeling) to improve campaign performance.

Data & Analytics

• Maintain high-quality marketing data through processes for segmentation, scoring, cleaning, and enrichment.
• Partner with analytics and sales to interpret customer datasets and surface opportunities for personalization and conversion growth.
• Leverage GTM to track user behavior, events, and conversions across digital properties.
• Instrument sign-up flow tagging to capture accurate marketing channel attribution and work with the product team to ensure tagging beyond sign-up is working well to support customer journey reviews, where we can improve conversion outcomes.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing operations with business goals.
• Manage outside development agencies and vendors to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
• Research, test, and apply new martech tools and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience with HubSpot.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and comparable tools.
• Proven success in managing marketing technology integrations.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Experience in database management, lead scoring, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in SEM, SEO, paid media, or broader digital marketing.
• Familiarity with SQL, Mode Analytics, or similar BI/data science tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of attribution modeling and advanced tracking frameworks.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
