Senior Product Designer

SmartPropFirm is looking for a Product Designer to join our team on an hourly contract basis.

We are building premium digital products for prop traders, including dashboards, marketplace flows, rewards systems, trading tools, gamified experiences, and conversion-focused web pages. We need someone who can think beyond visuals and design complete, user-friendly product experiences from idea to execution.

This role is ideal for a designer with strong product thinking, excellent UI/UX skills, and a portfolio that clearly shows real product design work.

Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and premium web app interfaces
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and prototypes
• Design dashboards, marketplace pages, checkout flows, reward flows, and product tools
• Improve existing UI/UX across SmartPropFirm products
• Work closely with the product and engineering team to turn ideas into polished designs
• Think through full user journeys, including loading states, empty states, error states, and success states
• Help improve conversion, usability, and overall product quality

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional product design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing web app, SaaS, fintech, marketplace, dashboard, or product design work
• Strong UI/UX skills with a clear understanding of user flows, layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design premium, clean, and conversion-focused interfaces
• Experience working with Figma
• Experience creating or directing 3D design assets, icons, product visuals, or premium visual elements for digital products
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving remote environment
• Ability to take rough product ideas and turn them into structured, polished designs
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience designing fintech, trading, crypto, SaaS, or marketplace products
• Experience with gamified product flows, reward systems, or interactive experiences
• Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Spline, Cinema 4D, or similar
• Basic understanding of developer handoff and design systems

Important Note

Before moving forward, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short unpaid test task. This helps us evaluate product thinking, UI quality, and design execution before starting the hourly contract.
