Role summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help build and scale an AI-powered Marketing Insights Platform that transforms historical marketing content into actionable business intelligence. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Marketing Analytics.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Enhance and optimize content-processing workflows across multiple marketing channels

✅ Develop and improve clustering models for content searchability and similarity analysis

✅ Improve and evaluate SQL-based AI agents for natural language data access

✅ Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate business impact

✅ Collaborate with Marketing teams and Data Engineers to drive campaign performance

✅ Build scalable APIs and AI solutions using Python and FastAPI

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Strong experience in Machine Learning & Applied Data Science

✔ Hands-on expertise in NLP (Natural Language Processing)

✔ Experience with LLMs, LLM APIs, and Agentic Frameworks (LangGraph preferred)

✔ Strong knowledge of Clustering & Unsupervised Learning Techniques

✔ Expertise in Python, FastAPI, and SQL

✔ Experience designing and analyzing A/B Tests & Experiments

✔ Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern AI workflows

🔹 Preferred Skills

⭐ Marketing/MarTech platforms such as Braze, Marketo, Google Ads, Facebook Ads

⭐ Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

⭐ Exposure to analytics warehouses like BigQuery

⭐ Experience working with multimodal content (Text, Images, Videos)
