The Role: Be our No-Box Marketing Lead—creative spark and team driver. Lead marketing and creative with a small crew and freelancers. Craft campaigns, content, and brands with humor, color, and flair—drive B2B/B2C wins. If limits make you laugh, this is it—smart impact, no grind.

What You’ll Do:

• Steer a tiny team (2-3)—inspire with sharp moves.
• Tap freelancers—SEO, LinkedIn, Insta, TikTok, Pinterest, influencers—to make client requirements work.
• Forge bold campaigns—ads, social, emails that pop.
• Build standout branding—logos, pitch decks, design smarts.
• Shape content—blogs, decks with wit and punch.
• Guide the crew—turn work into “no-box” wins, cleverly.

What You Bring:

• No-Box Wins: Proven rule-breakers—campaigns, designs, content.
• Creative Flair: Eye for color, detail—humor that lands.
• Content Skills: Sharp writing—stories, pitches that hook.
• Leadership: Rally 2-3, direct freelancers, and deliver without burnout.
• Experience: About 6 years (a little is fine) in marketing/creative—startups or agencies.
• Skills: Analytics (Google, SEMrush), design (Figma a plus), social (LinkedIn, X, Insta, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Personality: Bold, quirky, relentless—flips the box off smartly.
• Bonus: Tech curiosity, video chops, startup scars.
• Compensation: Standard pay—we’re starting lean for now, 10 LPA
