Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of post-BAS experience in Finance, Strategy, Business Planning, Product Management, Marketing, Consulting, or Operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with partner organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.

Role Description

In this role, you will be part of a high-impact team that drives overall consumer strategy, including product experiences and monetization initiatives. You will partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop business cases and bring strategic ideas to life.

This role requires strategic thinking, business leadership acumen, cross-group collaboration, analytical capabilities, and strong executive communication skills. This is a tremendous opportunity to make a measurable impact on one of the company’s strategically important customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Management

• Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.

Process Improvement

• Evaluate current operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Stakeholder Communication

• Bridge the gap between IT, management, and end users to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Kusto.
• Build dashboards, reports, pivots, and visualizations for business insights and analysis.
• Perform extensive data validation and quality assurance analysis within large datasets.
• Build proactive data validation automation processes to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
• Create detailed reports, user stories, and flowcharts to outline proposed solutions.

Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to document business processes.
• Coordinate communication between business users and data warehouse organizations to solve business problems.
• Organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners.
• Help establish data management and governance processes within the data engineering team.

Data Quality & Troubleshooting

• Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues.
• Work independently and collaboratively to understand database structures and business processes.

• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python.
• Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
