The Role: Marketing Manager (LinkedIn Ads & Social Media)

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our LinkedIn advertising campaigns, manage our social media strategy, and drive performance marketing across platforms. If you have hands-on experience running LinkedIn ads, analyzing results (CTR, impressions, CPL), and pivoting campaigns to improve performance, this role is for you. You'll also oversee content creation, paid social, and growth strategy within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns: allocate budget, optimize spend, and maximize lead quality
  • Target specific industries, companies, and job titles using custom audiences
  • Read and interpret LinkedIn Campaign Manager reports (CTR, impressions, CPL, engagement, etc.)
  • Make proactive campaign adjustments based on performance metrics
  • Post content on LinkedIn and measure what resonates โ€” pivot topics and formats accordingly
  • Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to extract content ideas and case studies
  • Build campaigns that attract, convert, and retarget based on funnel stage
  • Continuously test and optimize like a chemist in a lab โ€” adjusting formulae weekly based on measurable insights

Requirements

  • Have 3-5+ years managing LinkedIn Ads for a B2B SaaS company
  • Can walk through real decisions you've made based on LinkedIn report metrics
  • Are fluent in interpreting performance data and pivoting strategy accordingly
  • Have hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
  • Communicate clearly, own your results, and don't stall or fluff
  • Thrive in remote teams with high autonomy and accountability

  • Have experience in PropTech or the apartment data space
  • Know how to repurpose LinkedIn content into performance assets
  • Have built retargeting flows and A/B tested creatives on LinkedIn
