Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and align our marketing organization, including SEO, Paid Media, Email & Social Media, Creative, and Corporate Marketing.
This role is responsible for ensuring all marketing efforts—both client-facing and brand-facing—are aligned with a conversion-first mindset. The ideal candidate has a strong e-commerce background, experience in a marketing agency environment, and a proven ability to connect brand, demand, and performance marketing into a single growth engine.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Performance
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across performance, lifecycle, creative, and corporate marketing
- Ensure all channels are aligned to core ecommerce and business KPIs including revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate
- Balance short-term performance goals with long-term brand and demand generation initiatives
- Translate company and client objectives into clear marketing roadmaps and execution plans
Team Leadership & Alignment
- Lead and manage cross-functional marketing teams across all departments
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for each team
- Eliminate silos by ensuring tight collaboration between performance, creative, and corporate marketing
- Mentor team leads and support professional growth
Ecommerce & Conversion Optimization
- Drive a conversion-focused approach across all marketing initiatives
- Partner with Web, UX, and Product teams to improve funnel performance
- Identify friction points across traffic, content, creative, and automation
- Champion testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization
Corporate Marketing & Brand Growth
- Oversee Corporate Marketing initiatives including brand positioning, messaging, thought leadership, and demand generation
- Align corporate brand efforts with sales, partnerships, and lead generation goals
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
- Support campaigns for events, trade shows, partnerships, and company announcements
Agency & Client Execution
- Oversee marketing execution across multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, performance, and timeline standards
- Support client-facing strategy, reporting, and performance insights when needed
- Improve internal processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or multi-account environment
- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimization
- Proven experience managing and scaling multi-disciplinary marketing teams
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, paid media, email marketing, social media, and creative production
- Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Background in CRO, analytics, or growth marketing
- Experience aligning corporate brand marketing with revenue goals
- Experience marketing to luxury, retail, or B2C brands
