Director, Lifecycle Marketing

My client is a well-established, private equity-backed HR services company undergoing a major marketing transformation. With strong brand recognition and decades of success, they’re now investing heavily in marketing as a strategic growth engine.
We're looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to build and own multi-channel programs that engage prospects, increase client retention, and drive revenue across the full funnel. This is a high-impact, IC role with executive visibility and the potential to scale into a leadership position as the function grows.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Design and launch lifecycle journeys (prospect, winback, referral, etc.)
✅ Drive email nurture campaigns via HubSpot
✅ Collaborate with SDRs on targeted outbound plays
✅ Leverage ABM, paid media, and inbound tactics to move pipeline
✅ Track impact through metrics like lead conversion, deal velocity, and revenue attribution
✅ Partner across sales and client success to embed marketing into core GTM motions
What You Bring:
✔️ 7-10+ years of lifecycle marketing experience in B2B or service industries
✔️ Proven track record of building & overhauling marketing functions and leading transformation efforts to drive growth and efficiency.
✔️ Strong mix of strategy and hands-on execution
✔️ Experience building from scratch in a scaling environment
✔️ Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM tools (e.g. 6Sense, Outreach)
✔️ Data-driven mindset with proven ability to drive measurable growth
✔️ Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
