The Challenge to Solve

At Slice, we’re on a mission to make independent pizzerias more profitable. As our Manager of B2B Revenue Marketing & Growth, you’ll own programs that turn interest into adoption, adoption into loyalty, and loyalty into bigger revenue. Your focus: driving shops to adopt our flagship Family Membership and upselling them into our full software and services suite.

This is a hands-on role for a data-driven, hustle-minded marketer who thrives in fast-moving SaaS environments. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Analytics to launch campaigns, optimize funnels, and move the needle on shop growth.

What You’ll Do

Grow the Revenue Funnel

  • Execute lifecycle campaigns across awareness, onboarding, activation, upsell, and retention.
  • Build and optimize programs that drive adoption and upgrades across shop segments.
  • Track KPIs like conversion rate, CAC, and order volume per shop.

Turn Insights Into Action

  • Work with Sales and Product to craft messaging that hits real pain points.
  • Translate data into clear actions and quick experiments.

Enable Sales to Win

  • Create tools, content, and campaigns that help reps close and upsell.
  • Support Sales Enablement with outbound playbooks and field readiness.

Launch & Scale Campaigns

  • Drive B2B campaigns across email, SMS, in-app, web, referrals, and events.
  • Test, learn, and optimize for better conversion and ROI.

Own the Digital Front Door

  • Keep slice.com product pages fresh, clear, and conversion-focused.
  • Write sharp, simple copy that resonates with busy shop owners.

Collaborate to Create Impact

  • Work with SEO and Content to fill funnel gaps.
  • Partner with Creative to build assets that are clear, bold, and performance-driven.

The Winning Recipe

These Are The Core Competencies This Role Calls For

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally SMB SaaS or vertical software
  • Proven track record driving adoption, upsell, and retention
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, email, web, events and paid channels
  • Strong chops in web conversion and persuasive copywriting
  • Comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and quick analytics (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA, Excel, SQL) A test-and-learn mindset and bias for speed
  • Empathy for small business owners and ability to keep things clear + practical

Salary Range: $120k to $140k + benefits
