About the Role:

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be crucial in driving product success through internal alignment and customer engagement. You will be part of an international dynamic team of marketing professionals, including performance marketing, SEO and content, event, social media, and brand marketing specialists. This cross-functional role requires you to communicate and collaborate with counterparts from product management, sales, and customer success across our target markets: Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Brazil, and Indonesia.

We highly value individuals with strong visual storytelling, product narrative skills, and a deep understanding of the Omnichannel CRM/ Conversational AI industry. We welcome career switchers with relevant backgrounds, such as customer success, product technical writing, or sales, as we appreciate those who can understand our peers well and contribute to overall company success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager and Product Managers to understand use cases and pain points and effectively communicate new features.
• Create educational materials, such as interactive demos and blog posts, to support product introductions for internal and external audiences.
• Develop promotional plans and materials, including product decks, website tools, webinars, and ad campaigns, to support the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Assist in planning and executing customer lifecycle and advocacy initiatives to drive product adoption and support customer success.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to implement campaigns and projects that achieve GTM objectives.
• Conduct market and customer research to analyze the competitive landscape and define product differentiators.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to establish scalable marketing workflows and best practices, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with CRM software, SaaS, technology, or B2B environments.
• Passionate about understanding business operations and customer journeys across various industries.
• Strong visual storytelling skills; experience with interactive demos, video production, or design tools such as Figma and CapCut is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with proven ability to prioritize and drive results under time pressure. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus.
• Data-driven and analytical thinker. Ability to gather insights via GA4 is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with marketing technologies, including CRM, CMS, analytics, and AI tools (i.e., HubSpot, Sanity, GA4, Google App Script, Claude).
