Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist with a passion for B2B marketing and a knack for problem-solving and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, speak and write excellent English, and possess the ability to work independently while interfacing directly with clients for audits and problem-solving. This role is fully remote and is english speaking.
In this role, you will conduct campaign management marketing attribution audits, and contribute to the development of our marketing agency services—including LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads, 6sense, and display retargeting strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client success and drive business growth in a dynamic, startup environment that values autonomy and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Attribution Audits:
• Conduct in-depth marketing attribution audits for our clients to identify gaps and provide actionable solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients through phone calls and emails.
Client Interaction:
• Onboard and train clients
• Persuasively present solutions to clients who may be resistant to change.
Campaign Management:
• Assist in building and optimizing landing pages and display ads.
• Help clients with conversion rate optimization on their websites.
• Generate creatives and contribute to design optimizations.
Marketing Agency Services Development:
• Contribute to the rollout of new marketing agency services, including LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads, 6sense, display retargeting, and other B2B marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product to develop and implement these services.
Marketing Automation and Tools:
• Administer and optimize CRM systems like HubSpot and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
• Build workflows and automations to enhance marketing efficiency.
• Utilize tools like ChatGPT to set up APIs or implement basic code solutions (coding knowledge not required but a plus).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the advertising operations team, and sales representatives to ensure client success.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• Mid-level to senior experience in marketing, preferably in B2B environments.
• Proven track record in running marketing campaigns and operations.
• Skills:
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, SEO, 6sense, display retargeting, and general marketing tools.
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
• Comfortable with building workflows and automations.
• Ability to create and optimize marketing creatives and landing pages.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution models and analytics.
• Ability to use tools like ChatGPT to set up APIs or basic code (coding experience not required but a plus).
Education:
• College education is a plus.
