What you will do:

Own all digital marketing end-to-end: channel strategy, setup, optimization, reporting
Independently manage budget and plan/actuals; reallocate spend to most performing adds
Set up, run, and optimize Meta/TikTok/YouTube daily
Build & maintain tracking stack with the analyst
Lead a testing roadmap (creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers); drive continuous improvement.
Manage vendors for partner and CPA acquisition if needed
Strong collaboration with Brand/Creative (briefs, test matrices, data-driven feedback).

What you should have:

4+ years in digital/performance marketing (fintech/finance will be a plus)
Hands-on in Meta (FB/IG), TikTok Ads, YouTube/Google Ads; prospecting & retargeting
Can build campaigns from zero: account structure, pixels, CAPI, GTM, tracking
Analytics: GA4, AppsFlyer, Amplitude
A/B testing: hypothesis design, statistical reads, fast iteration
Budgeting & forecasting CAC/CPL/ROAS, channel mix and scaling
Strong collaboration with Brand/Creative (briefs, test matrices, data-driven feedback)
Level: mid/senior; autonomous ownership; working English
