What you will do:
- Develop and execute strategic brand plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand campaigns across digital, in-store, and offline channels.
- Manage internal team and creative and media agencies: brief writing, timeline control, budget tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for impact.
- Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all platforms and materials.
- Translate consumer and market insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Spot and leverage trends to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
What you should have:
- 5–8 years in brand or marketing roles, with experience leading 360° campaigns.
- Experience in an international/multicultural context, best if Asia Pacific.
- Strong agency management: briefing, timelines, and budget control.
- Confident in brand governance and applying visual/verbal brand guidelines.
- Data-driven: able to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Fluent in English
- Preferred: background in fintech, digital products, telecom, or financial services.
