Graphic Designer - Photoshop/AI Specialist

Skynflow is a fast scaling skincare brand inspired by Korean beauty innovation and expanding rapidly across the US and Australian markets. We are now seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in AI image generation and REALISTIC product photo manipulation.

This role is central to our next growth phase as we evolve Skynflow into a global premium brand in 2026. We are growing fast, from 3M revenue this first year to a projected 10M next year, and your work will have a direct impact on brand perception and conversion across all touchpoints. You will also collaborate with our top CRO specialists and senior developers who will lead the rebranding of our entire ecommerce experience. Your visual execution will be key in supporting conversion focused layouts and new product launches on the updated platform.

YOU WILL WORK ON

• Product hero images for website and emails

• Landing page banners and promotional graphics

• Visuals for product launches and seasonal campaigns

• Realistic skincare product renders based on our assets

• Beauty shots with models (AI GENERATION or enhancement)

• Icons, logos and visual elements that match our identity

• Image manipulation (packaging updates without reshoots)

• Brand consistency across all visual touchpoints

3 CORE REQUIREMENTS

1. Portfolio in beauty, skincare or cosmetics

2. PROVEN experience with: AI image generation tools and mastering prompt (e.g. Midjourney, Leonardo, Krea, Magnific, DALL E, Stable Diffusion, openart or similar advanced tools)

3. Photoshop (advanced level)

Camera Raw and skin retouching techniques

• Understanding of realistic lighting, shadows, reflections, surfaces

• Knowledge of design principles for conversion driven e commerce

• Proactive in proposing creative directions but fast iteration and open feedback mindset

• Strong PROBLEM SOLVING mentality with high patience and persistence working with AI tools until results are perfect
